Advocacy and Representation of Health Care Professionals

Advocacy Services available from TTL Health Law include advice and representation in all day-to-day problems encountered in the practice of a health professional as well as advice and representation on hospital or employment contracts, wrongful dismissals, assistance to mental health practitioners on issues of informed consent to treatment and legal counsel before every level of committee, tribunal appeal board and in the Superior Courts of the Province. Health Law is not malpractice or negligence law and TTL Health Law does not represent malpractice litigants from any discipline.

TTL Health Law provides legal services and representation to Physicians, Nurses, Dentists, Pharmacists, Optometrists and Physiotherapists, as well as all of the health professionals regulated under the regulated Health Professions Act.
